Enrollment Forms 2026 - 2027
The cost for religion classes is $20 per student for families who are parishioners of St. Fidelis, St. Ann, and St. Boniface. The cost for out of parish families is $50 per student. There is no enrollment fee for kindergarten. Please make checks payable to Basilica of St. Fidelis Religious Ed. Cash is also accepted.
